Either silver goes up alot and gold goes sideways, or gold goes down to 2255-2201. Silver is much more useful as a coin than gold. Silver has good industrial use. Money managers will buy bitcoin and other crypto,but not gold.

This is also resistance from 2011-2012. After it gets through 35, it’s clear sailing to test the all time high at 50 where it topped in 2011.

The video quality is so low that hardly can read those numbers . In any case the most important thing was that the gold price is string and going up after probably a brief correction. A straddle is when both strikes are the same, IE 25 put and 25 call. The strangle is different strikes, IE 24 put and 26 call. Neither name implies long or short short so either trade can work for the strategy you mentioned if they are long options
